WHEN WILL MY PHOTOS BE READY?
Our turnaround time for sports team/individual photos and commercial jobs; typically, is 10 business days. Following your photo session, our post-production team works to edit and post your images quickly and efficiently. You will receive a text or email notification when your images are ready as long as you opted into the GSP gallery via your smart phone or computer. Images for print can be ordered & shipped as soon as your gallery gets published. Please contact GSP for additional information as needed.
HOW TO ACCESS MY PHOTODAY GALLERY?
Have an iPhone? What about an Android? What if you have neither, and just have a computer in front of you? The good news is, you can take a peek at your gallery using any of these items. If you're on mobile, just text your access code to 90738. Alternatively, if can just by clicking here to register or using your browser enter https://galleries.photoday.io then enter your gallery's access code provided by your photographer.
HOW TO OPT-IN FOR GALLERY ACCESS USING YOUR SMART PHONE?
The easiest way to access to your photo gallery is by texting the access code we have provided you to dedicated five-digit number of 90738. The process is exactly the same as sending a text to a standard phone number, with no additional charges or fees incurred.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ORDER PHOTOS?
To get our best pricing, please place your order within 4 weeks of your picture day. Pricing does increase 4 weeks after the gallery publish date. Our galleries expire about 90 days after your picture day.

Can I use my AdvancePay credit for more than one athlete?
If multiple athletes are in the same gallery, then yes you can! You can apply your AdvancePay credit to more than one person. However, if your athletes are in different galleries, you will need to purchase an AdvancePay credit for each gallery.
